A legendary footballer from Manchester United's past, Patrice Evra, recently took a break to explore the cultural richness of Indonesia. His journey led him through remote villages where he experienced traditional dances like the Tari Caci with locals.
In his recent post on Instagram (@patrice.evra), Evra shared an unforgettable experience at Sanggar Compang Toe near Melo Village, Manggarai Barat Regency, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). He participated actively by joining local dancers during their performance of this unique warrior dance ritual.
The highlight of his trip was undoubtedly when he posed for photos very close to wild komodos—a species native only to certain parts of Flores Island within the Komodo National Park. This moment quickly gained widespread attention online due to its rarity and excitement value among travelers seeking adventure in nature.
“Dia disambut dengan budaya Manggarai dan pentas caci seperti tamu lainnya,” ujar Marsel, Kamis (29/10/2026).
